Deposit Policy
FMTY dates and dates over 6 hours require a 30% deposit. All other dates require 20% deposit. Deposits must be paid via CashApp, Venmo , Zelle, or a gift card alternative. If you cannot leave an electronic money trail, please contact me for an alternative deposit method. Digital payments are discreet and to my business account. The name is not associated to “Malaysia Monroe”. All dates are not considered scheduled until a deposit has been received.
Touring Cancellation Terms
Tour cancellations must be made 7 days before our planned appointment. After the 7 day grace period, there will be a 100% charge of the balance. If you cancel 7 days or more in advance, deposit can be used towards a date rescheduled within 30 days of original appointment date.
Rescheduling after a cancellation: I will kindly ask that my full rate to be paid upfront.
Cancelling more than once, requires my full rate to be paid upfront.
All Other Cancellation Terms
I completely understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please be courteous and let me know in advance. Deposits are non-refundable. No call/ no shows will be banned from booking me in the future.
Cancellation Terms: If you cancel or do not attend, the full remaining balance will be charged. If I cancel, your deposit will be refunded right away to the payment method used. Failure to settle the balance will result in being added to a private companion blacklist.
Cancellation requests within 72 hours of our date will have a 50% fee charge of the balance of our date. 48 hours or less of our date will incur a 100% fee charge of the balance. To schedule a new appointment, the remaining balance for the previous appointment must be paid in full, along with a 20% deposit required upfront for the new appointment.
Time has been reserved for you. & it is very unlikely your window can be filled on a short notice, especially being a low volume companion.
The above cancellation policies are in place to discourage last-minute cancellations. By booking an appointment with me, you are in compliance with my cancellation policy.

In the very rare circumstance that I have to cancel, your deposit will be sent back to your original form of payment within 24 hours, or used towards a new scheduled date if possible.

This information is required to ensure my safety when working with new clients. If you are a returning client, you will not need to provide this information for future bookings. FaceTime or Google Meets, is not a form of verification.
If privacy is a concern, I am more than willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
